These warehouses are situated in Europe in the same way as they are in the USA.

Note: Orders containing more than one item are assigned a particular processing period dependent on the particular product.

Before shipping, all ordered items will be thoroughly examined. Today, most orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.

Returns

We don\’t manage the stock in our factory and warehouse. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. Please be aware it\’s possible your order will run out of stocks after you place the order.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If the 30 days have elapsed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

You are able to return an item when it\’s unopened and still in the same condition when you first received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
